Primary Clients
Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Adults ages 18+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). IDD can include autism, Down syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, and other developmental differences. Beacon Coaching supports individuals who want to build real-life skills for adulthood such as: • Employment readiness • Social skills • Executive functioning • Daily routines • Financial basics • Communication skills • Healthy relationships We use modeling, role-playing, visual supports, strengths-based coaching, and structured accountability to help individuals grow in confidence and independence in everyday life.
Young Adults Transitioning Into Adulthood
Adulthood does not come with a manual. Many young adults feel unprepared for responsibilities like budgeting, cooking, time management, or career decisions. Beacon Coaching helps individuals: • Build structure and routines • Develop confidence in decision making • Learn independence skills • Explore career direction • Develop personal responsibility This is especially helpful for individuals who: • Feel stuck after high school or college • Struggle with motivation or follow-through • Need accountability to reach goals • Want guidance but not therapy
Neurodivergent Adults Seeking Structure & Support
Neurodivergence can look different for everyone. This may include ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, learning disabilities, and more. Many individuals want support with things like: • Executive functioning • Managing overwhelm • Social navigation • Organization systems • Workplace communication • Building sustainable routines Beacon Coaching focuses on building practical systems and strategies that work with how your brain operates, not against it.

Who Else We Support
Parents/Caregivers
Supporting an adult child through the transition into adulthood can feel overwhelming, especially when there is no clear roadmap. We partner with parents and caregivers to help their loved one build real-world skills, confidence, and direction while also helping families shift from primary support to healthy interdependence.
Employers
Creating an inclusive workplace doesn’t have to be complicated. We help employers successfully hire, support, and retain employees with disabilities by providing practical strategies, training, and ongoing guidance. Our goal is to help you build a workplace where all employees can contribute, grow, and succeed while strengthening your team and culture.
