Our Services
Our coaching supports all domains of adulthood for individuals ages 18 and older, with or without intellectual and developmental disabilities. From employment and relationships to finances, meal preparation, and daily life skills, coaching is designed to support the real challenges that come with adulthood.
If a need falls outside the scope of coaching, we will help connect you with trusted professionals or resources who can provide additional support.
All coaching is provided through individualized 1:1 sessions lasting one hour. The areas listed below are examples of topics we commonly support, but this is not an exhaustive list. Coaching is always tailored to your individual goals and needs.
